Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cogniate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
